Do you accept custom orders?

Yes.

Please note that custom orders may require a deposit, which will be agreed upon upon initial discussion of the design and quantity. This *may* be refunded under certain circumstances, which is up to my discretion and will depend on the amount of work the design required before cancelation. I'm very flexible, so just send me a message!

What if there is an issue with my item(s)?

In general, I'm flexible. If you find a flaw in your item that takes away from the quality, I'd be glad to speak with you about the issue and together we can determine what will work best to correct the situation. I handle these cases individually and don't have a blanket policy.

Can I return or exchange my item?

I don't have a blanket return or exchange policy. If there does happen to be a problem with your order, I'll happily work with you to find a solution that works best for both of us. I ultimately want you to be happy with your purchase.
